hello, can I mix powdered dry fruits to my 9 months babies food?

Yes Absolutely you can give it to the child but make sure that you are not giving them Roy you just have to dry roast the entire drive to think and then after cooling you can just grind it into a fine powder then you can give it to your child in anything that you want to
