Hello can any one recommend a good tooth brush n tooth paste for 13 month old baby.

Hello dear I don't think your baby must be having full set of teeth so you can just have a finger toothbrush and no paste..Atleast till he will have full set of teeth..you can wet the bristles and use it..I am personally using pigeon finger toothbrush..
