hello, birth wt of my baby boy was 3.3 kg and now at 3.5 months old his wt. is 4.9 kg. i am bit concerned about his wt.

A. Hai good evening !! Babies gain 400 -900 gm per month . Here baby gained 1.6 kg since birth for 3.5 months . By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight. Check if baby having sufficient feed. Mother milk or formula milk every two hours until 6 months,from 6 months onwards semi solids along with milk are suggested to feed.
