Hello, baby sleeping on belly sometimes by herself. will this cause any stomach issues?(pain)

A. Sleeping in and belly is completely normal for a child only if the child knows how to do over because if this is most of the kids cannot do it and can choke on the breath which is why it’s not a very good idea to make them sleep on tummy
