A child does not get hungry and cry all the time a lot of times parents do not realise that the child could be crying due to stomach pain pain and that is when they cry excessively they turned red during that time so I think because of stomach pain during that time you should give a medicine because that pain is sometimes unbearable for me and that is why they can turn red
