Q.
hello..baby boy is 8 months old. baby had around 99.6 to 100 fever y'day night. gave him crocin drops his fever seemed to have come to normal. but now again his forehead and auxiliary temperatures read 101. pls suggest. his pediatrician won't b available till evening.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can continue to give paracetamol to the child and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge which will help in decreasing the temperature of the body and keep the child in cool atmosphere during fever and make the child wear cotton clothes
