hello. at what age can I start giving my daughter cod liver oil? like seven seas.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello Your daughter is 3 years 3 months old, so you can give cod liver oil to her. There's no issue, it is good for her as it has omega 3,. To begin with it, give only 1 tab in a day and wait for 2 days and look for any intolerance or allergy , if any. If everything remains fine, you can continue from third day.
