hello ask the expert my daughter is 3 yrs old is suffering from runny nose and cough can I give monticope syrup and her wt is 12-13 kg how much ml should I give

A. yes can be given to. Mild cough and cold may be due to any viral infection or maybe due to only seasonal variation so only steam can be given at home for home remedy and paracetamol for fever

A. hi no please don't self medicate your child it can be harmful instead of it ,you can try some homemade remedies . for example apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child. you can give mixture of honey and ginger with crushed Tulsi leaves in it ,in 1 tbsp quantity twice in a day. keep your child well hydrated
