Hello, As my is 3months old then also till now she is spiting out milk after feeding and even though after giving ढकार also. Can I give her Ondem Drops to stop this? And what is the reason for spitting out milk frequently after feeding?

Chitradevi PGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Spit ups is common in infants and nothing to worry about that. Burp up your baby after every feed. Avoid overfeeding. You can feed your baby smaller amount of milk more often to avoid spit ups. Also hold your baby's head slightly up during feeding.
If the Ondem drops is suggested by your child doctor for spit ups, you can safely use the medicine. Without doctor's advise do not use any medicines.
