Hello, As i am feeding my baby, is it fine to start exercising? If not so please give me the link how can I shape my body?

A. Dear mum, you can begin to exercise even if you are breastfeeding your baby. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga and then gradually increase the intensity. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
