hello...As i am b/f mother...my son is 10 months old..so how long should i b/f him?? and what calcium or vitamins supplements should i take?? Tell name please

A. i am asking name of vitamins and calcium supplements for me not for baby

A. there is no problem I can feed the baby after 2 years also there is no need to give any vitamin supplements unless there is deficiency due on traditional foods to the baby
