Hello all, Now my baby is 4th month running, my maternity leave will complete on August and sep onwards I should go to work. I am planning to introduce solids on 5th month onwards. please suggest me what foods can I give him. and how many times do we needs to give solids at this age. please clarify my doubts

A. Hello mom weaning foods is ideal to be introduced from the age of 5 month onwards , initially you can start with liquid consistency foods and gradually you can move to semi solids from the age of 6 month onwards . you can dal or rice water , steamed vegetables , soups , fresh fruit juices , pulps , porridge made with ragi, suji , multigrain mix , kichidi , dal , rice , curds , ghee
