hello all!! my 4.5 months baby fell off bed on Monday...she cried for few minutes and is fine...she is active, sleeping well, playing and no changes are observed for 48 hours. But from today morning she has mild fever(she is teething too and head is only hot) on and off....is it because of teething or anything related to the fall? plz help

A. there is no relation for teeth eruption ok main bhi other reasons okFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
