Hello all, my 20 month old daughter is having constipation from days now. I gave her milk 180-200 ml 3 times a day. What I can do as a home remedy for her?

You can apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya this will help and also in general course of life you should try to include more fibres and fluids in the diet of your child for easy digestion and motion
