Hello All, Im a mom of 2.5 years baby and a engineer who sits more than 10hrs and lot of stress This as made me to became fatty Im trying many ways to lose the weight and overcome stress. Can you guys give some tip to achieve this

A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. include nutritious foods like low fat paneer, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, Vegetables salads fruits nuts 2. avoid fried, junk, sugary bakery foods 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
