Hello all I need a suggestion please help!! My baby is 7 months old, I am travelling with her to punjab for 4 days, basically for my bro’s marriage shopping . How should I manage my baby food time and what food should I give her there at hotel ? Please suggest

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its better to give only breastmilk for few days.. any changes can affect child health otherwise you can carry cerelac or offer fruit purees only otherwise breastfeeding is best option

Cerelac Breastfeeding of formula feeding whatever you are giving and mashed banana these things are very handy that you can always carry so carry most of this this is what you can give to the child through the day and also if you can then you should go for wheat cookies they are also very healthy option to be given at this age
