Q.

Hello all. I delivered a baby boy on31st jan 2021. I am currently breastfeeding him exclusively. Yesterday i got periods after about 3.5 months. Do periods affect my breastmilk. Should i continue feeding him?

A. No It is not going to affect your breast feeding Periods are a natural process and it may initially be irregular for initial six months but now it will continue with that and continue breastfeeding the child it is not going to make any difference So continue breastfeeding your child
