Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods
Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet.
Add ghee to baby’s food.

You can feed chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, stuffed parantha, mixed vegetable soup, boiled egg, omelette, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, upma, khichdi, chicken and fish curry with rice, pan cake, waffle, seasonal fruits, fresh juices, coconut water alongwith milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
