A. you will get the chart from your paediatrician. ALSO, Maintain a vaccination chart so it will be easy for you to remember the vaccines to be given and at what particular age as initially a lot of vaccines are given

A. In the first three months, a baby should gain, on average, 140 to 210 grams per week
Between three and six months of age, the average rate of baby weight gain slows down to between 100 and 147 grams per week
Between six and 12 months, the average growth rate is 70 to 91 grams per week
Important is baby should be active, cheerful and achieving all milestones inspite of gaining or loosing a few grams here and there..
