Bonnisan you can give five drops which child one time for stomach pain as you mentioned and this heavy constipation that we are talking about is completely normal to be seen with small kids in this so I do not find anything for you to be if your child is comfortable and child discomfort then in case of emergency you can use a suppository for your child
