Heard somewhere that mother milk lighten the skin tone of baby's if we apply on face. is it true?

A. Breast milk helps ease baby acne and help with your baby's sensitive skin. Soak a cotton ball in breast milk and softly pat it on your baby's face. Breast milk helps ease baby eczema. Drip some breast milk on a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area. But it does not help in improving skin tone of a baby.
