Heard and read a lot about not giving sugar before 1 yr but can I give jaggery to my 6 month old

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. that too is better to give after 8 month of age. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
