A. if baby doing something unusual it means he s not feeling well eg like if suddenly he stops eating it means he s not feeling well from inside ..if he sleep more then his usual routine it also means same n if he awake n crying alott or feeling cranky without any reason it means something troubling him..it does not always means he s not well there can be other reasons too like diaper is troubling ,feeling hot or want feed etc..
