you mean to say a child is 1 Month and 9 days old and keeps his head on one side only
if yes then if a child is not feeling discomfort while turning his head on other side,can take feeds from both breast although side is changed ,as such no need to worry.
but to avoid any other problem,you may use mustard seed pillow like Babyhug brand mustard seed pillow while putting your child for sleep.
