Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough zand cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anzti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! My son had a similar issue. We started giving him lemon juice mix with honey every morning for around 3 to 4 months. Gradually, there was an improvement and now everything is going well. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
