ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi maximum upto the age of 18 months, first milk teeth can erupt.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Teeth that don't follow this normal tooth eruption pattern aren't necessarily a concern, but having no teeth at all may signify a dental issue that needs further examination. If your baby has no teeth by 18 months or so, we recommend a visit to a dentist.
