A. Some kids are of lean body type, but as long as he is active and healthy, there us no need to be worried about the weight. For a healthy diet, try to include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, milkshakes with dry fruits, eggs, chicken, milk products, legumes, ghee, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
