AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom No not now Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. It is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrients required for the growth and development of the baby. once ur baby completes six months then u can give semi solids and water
