he is playing, eating properly but his head is getting a bit temperature like near around 98 what would be the reason

A. hello and good morning need not to worry it is common with this age group of children generally the BMR of the kids is high thab the adults so it is because of that

A. 98°F is not a fever it’s a normal body temperature 99+ is fever so as of now it’s a normal body temperature so there is no need to do anything there is no need to give any medicine to the child this is absolutely normal temperature
