Give balanced diet with protein, calcium, carbohydrates ,iron rich foods.
Include vegetables in meals along with roti as sabji or stuffed or with rice combination, rice pulav,kichdi,dal rice;ragi porridge, idli,malts..
Offer fruits as salads chopped into small pieces or attractive carving or shapes or else any pudding cake r juice form...
You can try flavored curd/yoghurt, Dalia as halwa or with vegetables Dalia upma or kichdi...
