he is in cough and uska body bhi garam feel hota h but thermometer me 98° h to kya use paracetamol dena chahiye?

No it us not considered fever do don’t give calpol now just keep monitoring abd if the body temperature is above 99 F then give Crocin drops or paracetamol to the baby and steam will help by using a vaporiser appky Vicks baby rub and put saline nasal drops in both nostrils
