A. his doctor has suggested him rantac syrup 5ml OFM 5ml vizlyac 5ml

A. the baby is more than two years having stomach infection the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
