Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than two years having stomach infection the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
