A. Hello mom !! You can pack lunch with protein rich,fibre foods along with some fruits. Dals with vegetable /leafy green combination,paneer,egg,meat for sides along with rice or roti or else any stuffed paratha with vegetable stuffing which can be made easily in busy days any seasonal fruit. For snack choose fruit or dry fruit ,nuts ladoo/chikki,makhana,pea nut chikki, or any home made ladoo,chikki,millet ,multi grain cookies .
