he is active, milestone are good, birth weight is 2.5 waight gain is very slow current weight is 9.2 am trying my best to feeding him.

A. Namaste Mom, a full term baby is expected to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and gradually by age of 5 they double that up you may give usual family foods
