Q.

He has pooped 4 times since 8'o clock. it is watery but yellow in color. is he teething or sick?

A. Maybe your child is teaching without having a proper checkup it would be difficult to give you correct assistance on that so I’m just going to suggest you to kindly get a check with your doctor for better clarity on the situation
