He has few blisters on body and on head and also lump on head may be nerve has swollen

Could be due to a deficiency of vitamin B sometimes due to excessive heat in the body and this one I am unable to understand myself whether it is a nerve related issue or swelling is there so better to check for both the issues with your doctor for further understanding
