he had a cough for a long time now. but occurs only at night mostly. no med is affecting anyway. cough syrup is not working well. I don't know what to do. please suggest me something. I don't want to give him cough syrup now. do we need to conduct any test.

A. Check with your doctor if this congestion in the chest because if it is in the chest then you can go for a nebulising the child that helps a lot and clearing the congestion from nose Chester and throat of the child and safe process to follow
