he got fever 100.9 and given paracetamol 3.5 ml but not reduced after how much time should i give another dose

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl4 days agoA. After every six hours you can repeat paracetamol and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours you need to see your doctor currently I would advise you to do cold sponge along with the medicine that you’ve been giving it would really help a lot reducing the temperature
