ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 years agoA. Hello mom is your bowel hard or normal . Have good amounts of fluids and good fibre rich diet . Which would help you to loosen up your Bowel. Also if you have a history of piles . Would also be good to consult a doctor if possible

ManimegalaiMom of a 6 yr 5 m old girl5 years agoA. hi sister anal pain after bowel movements means it's may be a anal fissure also you having hard stool and trouble in a bowel movement means anal fissure will come eat more fibre drink plenty of water after bowel movement sit in hot water with salt added it will cure or relief a pain. after delivery it will happen for most of human due to baby head or epiostomy.
