having lump in skin below neck without hole or head.... lump surrounded by reddish.

It seems inflamed so there are chances of pus formation in it so you can start applying mL neem paste over it do crush few fresh leaves of berm make a paste and apply over it and once it drains then apply betadine powder over it to dry it completely
