Q.

Having irregular period issues from the last 3-4 months. Can take any syrup or tonic for proper cycle

A. yes you can consult with your doctor and take the medicines to regularise your periods if you had regular periods before this then you can just maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and proper diet intake which will help solve the problem

A. You should actually consult your doctor because it is just a game of hormones sometimes when they act crazy woman suffered a lot because of that so I would say that you can just consult your doctor will help you with the medicine to regulate your period cycle and hormones as well
