RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Okay start the day with a glass of warm water and apply some castor oil in the navel of the child before sleeping this would be very good to reduce constipation and in general please make sure to give plenty of liquids and fibre in the diet
