Q.

hav one year old baby..on cow's milk ..but is always constipated ...drinks too less water ...found specks of blood in stool...and very tight stool...what to do? I giv milk without adding sugar in it...

A. some babies are allergic to cow milk they may get constipation or indigestion issue.. stop giving for some days then resume.. and monitor.. keep the baby well hydrated.. give fibre rich foods as papaya apple pear sapota.. you can give curd daily for good digestion.. give coconut water butter milk lassi cucumber rice water to keep baby well hydrated..
