has anyone experienced on chalazion on eye lid ( eye lid bump) for their kids? please help me how it subsided. my daughter has got in her upper and lower eye lid now. please help me with your experiences.

Author of questionMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl5 years agoA. friends I have already consulted opthalmologist and have got oinment and as per advice of eye Dr I am giving warm compress 3 times per day to the affected eye of the baby. what I want is really not the treatment online for those who are replying here after I posted my question. Also a mom will not blindly follow treatment details from online forum directly on baby. All I wanted to know is just experience of moms dealing with such situation. also how many months it took to subside if your baby had this issue. because this issue is there for more than 3 months now for my baby and I am really concerned on this one. some of your experiences can throw light on how the issue got better and how many days it took. also few Dr says surgical removal which im really afraid of. as baby is small she won't be able to bear pain has anyone have similar experience please share.

Get your baby thoroughly examined by the doctor to know the reason for the discomfort. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek advice. Follow your doctor’s instructions.
