ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. this is due to hormonal changes. it's normal. take a good diet, rich in vitamin and protein. oil your hair daily and toe them, don't apply heatbor iron your hair. sleep well

Aparna SsharmaMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. for dandruff use anti dandruff shampoo like head n shoulders. it is a good one. for hairfall I had used Trichup hair oil along with mamaearth argan hair mask. both were really helpful. controls hairfall and makes them so soft and smooth.
