she sleeps for around 9 hrs in the night that too a very disturbed sleep(wakes up many times)
she sleeps for around 1.5 to 2 hrs in the day..everytime i should forcefully make her sleep .she never sleeps by her own..
my concern here is that this much sleep is sufficient at this age???
this 10 to 11 hrs also very disturbed sleep

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do ndot worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping tidme during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time x

A. U Put a year plus when you’re putting your child to sleep because a lot of times kids are just light sleeper is which we do not realise so just do this thing it is going to help also I’m going to advise you at 10 to 12 hours minimum is definitely required by the child if that your child is not sleeping for that much time also when it’s better to consult your doctor ones
