hai sir my daughter is 11 months old she had cold , runny nose, watery eyes, lite cough and body temperature 98.8 Fahrenheit temperature, can I give solid food and let her sleep after meal.... is it ok...

I in such a case it will be better to completely examine n assess, only then it will be possible to give you proper suggestions and treatment according to the symptoms,so please consult your doctor for further guidance in this regard and to clear all quer ndies in details.

Yes Can you give your child proper food and then you can make your child sleep you can give medicines for cold and cough also if there any prescribed by your doctor and the temperature is 98.5° fahrenheit so it is not fever so do not give medicine for fever other medicines you can give
