hai .. should we have to clean 3month old gums after every feed

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..it is not necessary to clean babies gums after every feed.. u may clean it twice a day using ur clean finger or wrap a clean cloth around ur finger and gently rub in babies gum and tongue.
