Q.

Hai, My pediatrician has suggested me to continue to give d3 upto 1.5 years. My daughter has already completed 1 year. Is it good to continue the supplement??

A. if you are able to keep the child in sunlight for at least half an hour daily then there is no need to give vitamin d supplements but if you are not able to keep the child in sunlight regularly when it is advisable to continue vitamin d supplements.... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
