Hai my daughter vaidehi is 7 years old.. is vomiting food.. because her stomach is upset..but not fever.. doctor has given me ofloxacin oral syrup.. it is good antibiotic .

A. it can be given. give her soft and easy to digestable, non greasy food, give her ors water, coconut water types of clear fluids if no improvement or onset of fever do consult your doctor
